While we do not perform Mohs surgery on-site, our dual plastic and general surgery expertise allows us to treat lesions on all parts of the body. We use specialized plastic surgery techniques for the best cosmetic outcome and healing. We can handle the large majority of basal cell carcinomas, squamous cell carcinomas, and early melanomas with excellent health and cosmetic outcomes.

The procedures we perform most often:

• Wide Local Excision – We remove the cancer completely with guideline-based margins for high cure rates.
• Elliptical Excision & Layered Closure – Clean, linear scars that heal beautifully, especially important on your face, neck, and arms.
• Flap Reconstruction – For larger areas, our surgeons rearrange nearby tissue to close the wound naturally. You’d be surprised how well these heal.
• Full-Thickness Skin Grafts – Sometimes necessary for the ears, nose, or scalp. We’re meticulous about color and texture matching.
• Curettage & Electrodessication – Quick and effective for low-risk superficial cancers.
• Cryosurgery – Targeted freezing for select early lesions.
